If you want to become a confident person quickly, you should analyze your social circle. How often do you meet with insecure and negative people? How often do you meet with confident and positive people? Spend the majority of your free time with confident people and stop spending time with people who make you feel bad. It’s necessary if you really want to boost your happiness and become more confident.
3. Stop underestimating yourself
Do you know you value? Most shy people don’t know their real value – they believe that they don’t have many strengths and that they have many weaknesses. I’m sure it’s not like that with you! I’ll be first to say that you’ll never become truly happy if you are a negative person. If you are an optimist, it’s way easier to make new friends, make your dreams come true, enjoy little things in life and believe in yourself. Get rid of your negative mentality and develop a positive mental attitude toward life!
5. Improve your social skills
Confident people are usually very good at making new friends, initiating conversations with strangers and making a great first impression. You too can learn these things and improve your social skills – there are dozens of books on this topic. Improve your knowledge and practice as often as you can!
